I recently ordered 2 king size pillows from you. My package arrived mid October, however only one pillow was in the box. Initially, I was told it was backordered. I have tried numerous times to reach someone to update me on my missing pillow and no one responds. My experience with customer service is quite disappointing. It is truly a discouraging as my husband loves his pillow and I would just like to get mine.
This is my second Ultra-Tech protector purchase. The first one lasted 7 years. The barrier broke down near the hip area. Not sure if that would have been covered under the 10-year warranty. I like that it is thin and protectors our mattress. Will buy again, please keep making this product.
I ordered a medium profile pillow and decided that it was not the right fit for the way I sleep I have emailed a few times with zero reply back. I put in for a return request which was accepted after being notified a $25 restocking fee. No shipping label or instructions for the return. I emailed requesting this with no reply. It is as if no one works at this company. The pillow is cool to the touch and stays cool all night long I had their Gen 1 of this pillow (purchased in 2015) and have slept on that every night since. These pillows exterior are identical to the old one. But the inside/ firmness leave much to be desired the old one was a two piece design that allowed washing of the exterior cooling material. The new design is one piece and it seems they are skimping on the interior fluff amount. It is a very flat/ flaccid pillow. My head might aswell be laying on the mattress.
I purchased an Ultra-Tech Tencel pillow years ago and it had been my absolute favorite pillow to sleep with. So comfortable, that I even took it with me on road trips, etc. I had an issue washing it and so I contacted the company to let them know. I wasn’t expecting them to care as much as they did but they quickly resolved my problem. I must say, this is a fantastic company with the most excellent customer service! I just love my pillow <3 and will be a customer for life.
