I am very happy with the pillow / product. It delivers as promised - high profile for side sleeper and stays cool with a comfortable sleep. Great product.
With regard to Customer Service, it was non-existent. I ordered my pillow on 4/20/26 and it did not arrive until almost 3 weeks later. I tried to contact Customer Service for info on expected delivery and got no replies. My auto-generated order notification directed me to download an app I didn't want (Shop app) and get my updates there which had no info until it shipped. Just SPAM email from the app.
It would've been nice to know if my order was backordered and an estimated delivery date, but nothing. Two emails and nothing. Just go to an app you don't want on your phone for updates until we let the app know we shipped the product.
Happy with the product - not happy with the SPAM from the forced app download and the delivery time and lack of estimated ship date.
I purchased two of the Ultra-Tech Tencel Restore & Calm Pillow Medium. I was sent those but they came in different packaging. One pillow has writing stitched on it and the other does not. They are considerably different thicknesses. The one with writing is very flimsy and flat. I believe they are a new and a old model of the same pillows. I emailed the company almost two weeks ago and have gotten no response.
Great pillow, loved it… until you get about 1-1.5 years of sleep on these pillows. Have two and both lost form around a year of use. Have reached out multiple times regarding the warranty and have not got a reply. So customer service also terrible.
I ordered two pillows, and have only received one. Apparently the other is on back order. I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with someone through emails/phone calls to get an update on the back order-without any response. It has been frustrating to try and figure out if I am going to get my other pillow.
This is my second Healthy Sleep pillow and I love it even more than the first! It really is cool every time I use it.
