I ordered the cooling pillow and cooling mattress cover. Around $400 with discount. They did not keep me cool as advertised . They both warmed up within a couple minutes. To get coolness, I had to turn pillow over or move places on the bed. I can have that same result for $100 or less for both. I have requested a return 7 days ago and haven’t heard back. The return policy on the main page says within 30 days of receiving the product. I am well within that me. I see, after you dig, that there is a 25% restocking fee AND their items cannot be used, need original packaging and tags still on. For products at such a high cost, basically zero non satisfaction returns are available. Why don’t you stand behind your products like most every other company? You charge like you should. I am and was willing to pay the prices IF they would do what you promised.

I am very happy with the pillow / product. It delivers as promised - high profile for side sleeper and stays cool with a comfortable sleep. Great product.
With regard to Customer Service, it was non-existent. I ordered my pillow on 4/20/26 and it did not arrive until almost 3 weeks later. I tried to contact Customer Service for info on expected delivery and got no replies. My auto-generated order notification directed me to download an app I didn't want (Shop app) and get my updates there which had no info until it shipped. Just SPAM email from the app.
It would've been nice to know if my order was backordered and an estimated delivery date, but nothing. Two emails and nothing. Just go to an app you don't want on your phone for updates until we let the app know we shipped the product.
Happy with the product - not happy with the SPAM from the forced app download and the delivery time and lack of estimated ship date.
