I got this with some Slumberbucks after getting a great Sealy mattress. Marketed as medium firm, NOT. So so soft. Did not cool as stated. No refund from Slumberland on pillows I reached out to customer service, in hopes to return, nothing within 24 hours. Sorely disappointed for spending over $100 on a pillow. -1 would not be good enough rating for this pillow.Maybe I have the wrong firmness I was really hoping it would keep me cool. But so far, not comfortable at all and not cool.
The cool tech pillow ( king size) came with a package deal with my new mattress. They are awesome! They are cool and have assisted with me getting a good nights rest!
I ordered the cooling pillow and cooling mattress cover. Around $400 with discount. They did not keep me cool as advertised . They both warmed up within a couple minutes. To get coolness, I had to turn pillow over or move places on the bed. I can have that same result for $100 or less for both. I have requested a return 7 days ago and haven’t heard back. The return policy on the main page says within 30 days of receiving the product. I am well within that me. I see, after you dig, that there is a 25% restocking fee AND their items cannot be used, need original packaging and tags still on. For products at such a high cost, basically zero non satisfaction returns are available. Why don’t you stand behind your products like most every other company? You charge like you should. I am and was willing to pay the prices IF they would do what you promised.
