I purchased an Ultra-Tech Tencel pillow years ago and it had been my absolute favorite pillow to sleep with. So comfortable, that I even took it with me on road trips, etc. I had an issue washing it and so I contacted the company to let them know. I wasn’t expecting them to care as much as they did but they quickly resolved my problem. I must say, this is a fantastic company with the most excellent customer service! I just love my pillow <3 and will be a customer for life.

My dog loves this pillow. I do too but every time I leave the room he has to lay on it. He littery just pushed me out of the way to lay on it. It was also a life saver after having brain surgery and as you can image you want the softest pillow and this was it.
